16) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH\nINTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF LOS ANGELES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOW INCOME FARE IS\nEASY PROGRAM\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the International institute of Los Angeles\n(Contract No. 2322) for the Low Income Fare is Easy Program; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.
