19) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TURBO DATA\nSYSTEMS, INC., TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE CITATIONS, PARKING CITATIONS, NOTICE TO\nAPPEAR PROCESSING, AND RACIAL AND IDENTITY PROFILING ACT REPORTING\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Turbo Data Systems, Inc. (Contract No.\n2324) in an amount not-to-exceed $100,000 per fiscal year to provide administrative\ncitations, parking citations, and notice to appear processing, as well as Racial and Identity\nProfiling Act Reporting; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute all\nrelated documents.
