23) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE BALANCE OF\nUNUSED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS TO THE SMALL BUSINESS\nASSISTANCE PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 AND APPROVE UPDATED PROGRAM\nGUIDELINES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8351 appropriating $235,800 of the Community Development Block\nGrant funds in the City’s Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Adopted Budget including allocating $64,506\nfrom the unallocated CDBG funds in FY 2023-2024 to the Small Business Assistance\nProgram, increasing total funding for the SBAP to $210,110; and\nb. Approve the updated Small Business Assistance Program Guidelines\nSpecial and Regular Meeting Notice and Agenda – November 18, 2024
