Pending public testimony, approve introduction for first reading, in title only, and waive\nfurther reading of Ordinance No. 1728 titled, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City\nOf San Fernando, California amending Chapter 106 (Zoning) of the San Fernando Municipal\nCode to establish the Mixed Use Overlay Zone in Designated Areas of the City; amending\nthe Zoning Map of the City of San Fernando to add the Mixed Use Overlay to Certain\nProperties in the C-1 and C-2 Zone Districts; and adopting a California Environmental\nQuality Act Mitigated Negative Declaration Addendum”; and\nc. Introduction for first reading, in title only, and waive further reading of Ordinance No. 1729\ntitled, “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City Of San Fernando, California amending\nthe San Fernando Corridors Specific Plan (SP-5) Figure 4.1 – City Land Use Districts and\nOverlays Map to add the Downtown Residential Overlay and Flex Use Overlay to 11 parcels\nand adopting a California Environmental Quality Act Mitigated Negative Declaration\nAddendum.”
