Approval of Agreements for As-Needed Shoreline Management Services\nRecommended Action: Staff recommends the City Council: 1) Approve consulting\nservices agreements with Coastal Environments, Inc. (Attachment A), Dudek\n(Attachment B), and Moffatt & Nichol (Attachment C) to provide as-needed\nshoreline management services for an initial three-year period effective\nNovember 18, 2024, through November 18, 2027; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager to execute the agreements and any subsequent term extension\namendments provided for under the Agreement contingent upon satisfactory\nperformance by the consultant firm.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 406-1, 1404-1
