13. AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF SANTA ANA FOR TRANSFER OR PURCHASE OF\nEQUIPMENT / SERVICES OR TRAINING COST REIMBURSEMENT FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2023 URBAN AREAS SECURITY INITIATIVE\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve Agreement for Transfer or Purchase of Equipment / Services or for\nReimbursement of Training Costs with the City of Santa Ana for the Fiscal Year\n2023 Urban Areas Security Initiative grant program.\n2. Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and related\ndocuments necessary to participate in the grant program.\n3. Authorize City Manager to accept and appropriate grant funding receipt and use.
