16. CONTRACT WITH OPPENHEIMER NATIONAL FOR VALENCIA PARK\nIMPROVEMENTS PROJECT\nProposed Motion:\n1. Approve Valencia Park Improvements Project plans and specifications.\n2. Approve $50,000 budget transfer and Park Dwelling Funds (Fund 39) fund balance\nappropriation to Project 54055 Valencia Park Improvements within the Capital\nProjects Fund (Fund 74).\n3. Reject the Cali Paving, Inc. bid as non-responsive.\n4. Award $367,056 construction contract for Valencia Park Improvements Project to\nOppenheimer National and authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute and\nadminister the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\n5. Authorize Public Works Director, or designee, to approve construction and\nprofessional engineering construction support services change orders within the\napproved project budget.
