1.f\nAgreement with St. Jude Hospital to Accept a Healthy Communities Initiative Grant to Support\nCommunity Health and Wellness\nFiscal Impact:\nExpense: $60,000 (St. Jude Grant)\nRevenue: $60,000 (St. Jude Grant)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Restricted Project Grant Agreement with St. Jude Hospital to\naccept a $60,000 Healthy Communities Initiative Grant to support\ncommunity health and wellness; and\n2 Approve Resolution No. R-2024-72, A Resolution of the City Council of the\nCity of Placentia, California authorizing a budget amendment in Fiscal Year\n2024-25 in compliance with City Charter of the City of Placentia §§1206 and\n1209 pertaining to appropriations for actual expenditures; and\n3. Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee to execute all\nnecessary documents, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
