Accept the work performed by Square Signs LLC DBA Front Signs, for\nconstruction of the Wayfinding Directional Signage Project (Wayfinding\nProject Phase I), City Project No. 1403 for a grand total amount of $104,170;\nand\n2 Authorize the City Administrator to file a Notice of Completion with the\nOrange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office for the Project; and\n3. Authorize the City Administrator to release retention funds in accordance\nwith the terms of the contract.
