1.h\nApproval of Final Tract Map No. 19183 for the development of an approximate 1.3-acre site wi\nresidential townhome units located at 1952 & 1958 East Veterans Way within the High Density\nResidential (R-3) Zoning District\nFiscal Impact: None\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Final Tract Map No. 19183, subject to final review and approval by\nthe County Surveyor; and\n2 Accept the offer of easement dedication for ingress and egress purposes for\nemergency and public security vehicles; and\n3. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Subdivision Improvement\nAgreement, in a form approved by the City Attorney for public improvements\nassociated with Tract Map 19183; and\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to sign Final Tract Map No. 19183.
