Approve the Grant of Easement to Southern California Edison for electric\nutility systems located at 2210 Valencia Avenue, Koch Park; and\n2 Authorize the Acting City Administrator to execute the Grant of Easement on\nbehalf of the City in a form approved by the City Attorney.
