11. Approve an agreement with Weck Laboratories, Inc., in the not to exceed amount of $400,000\nwith a 15% contingency for as-needed extra services, for water and environmental laboratory\ntesting, analysis, and reporting services, for an initial term of two years with up to four one-year\noptional renewals; authorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or designees, to execute the\nagreement and any related documents, including any cost-neutral amendments of the agreement\nand any documents contemplated by the agreement, and to take such necessary or advisable\nactions to implement, fund, and administer the agreement.
