Approve Professional Services Agreements with The Counseling Team International and\nPsychological Consulting Associates, Inc., in the respective not to exceed amounts of $240,000,\nand $160,000, for peer support and short term counseling services, each for a one year term with\nthree one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Chief of Police, or designee, to implement\nand administer the agreements and renewal options.
