14. RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM ratifying and approving the actions of the Director of Community Services, or\ndesignee, in submitting an application for grant funds to the California Department of Parks and\nRecreation for the Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Grant Program for La Palma Park\nand, authorizing the acceptance of such grant on behalf of the City and amending the budget\naccordingly; and determining that these actions are exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15306 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations\n(grant funds in the amount of $6,000,000).\n5 November 19, 2024
