A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF ANAHEIM accepting certain deed conveying to the City of Anaheim certain real property or\ninterest therein (City Deed No. 12837, Lot A of Tract 8873, APN: 356-192-01; donation of real\nproperty consisting of approximately 890 square feet of vacant land unto the City of Anaheim).\nApprove a Donation Agreement with Pamela Bobit, as Trustee of the Pamela A. Bobit Living\nTrust under Trust Instrument dated 01/01/1994, for the donation of real property, free of\nrestrictions or conditions, to incorporate to adjacent City-owned land; and authorize the Director\nof Public Works, or designee, to execute the Donation Agreement.
