4. Award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder, 3M Construction Corporation, in\nthe amount of $309,340, for the Sports Courts Resurfacing and Repair Project (Re-bid); authorize\nthe Director of Public Works to execute the contract and related documents and to take the\nnecessary actions to implement and administer the contract; determine the project is categorically\nexempt under the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Sections 15301, Class 1, and\n15302, Class 2, of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations; and authorize the Finance\nDirector to execute the Escrow Agreement pertaining to contract retentions.\n3 November 19, 2024
