7. Award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Cali State Paving, Inc., in the amount of\n$863,930 plus a 10% contingency, for the Anaheim Resort Safety Bollards Project Phase II –\nHarbor Boulevard at Disney Way Intersection; authorize the Director of Public Works to execute\nthe contract and related documents and to take the necessary actions to implement and\nadminister the contract; determine that the project is categorically exempt under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act under Sections 15301(c) and 15303(d) of Title 14 of the California\nCode of Regulations; and authorize the Finance Director to execute the Escrow Agreement\npertaining to contract retentions.
