9. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with two consultants, Padilla & Associates, Inc.\nand TSG Enterprises, Inc. dba The Solis Group, in the not to exceed amount of $200,000 per\nWork Order Package with a total not to exceed contract amount of $1,000,000 per contract year\nper consultant, for on-call Community Workforce Agreement administration services to support\nthe Construction Services Division of the Public Works Department each for a three year term\nwith two one-year optional renewals; authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the\nagreements and to take the necessary or advisable actions to implement and administer the\nagreements, including any extensions; and authorize de minimis changes that do not\nsubstantially change the terms and conditions of the agreements, as long as such changes are\ndetermined to be de minimis by the City Attorney’s Office.\n4 November 19, 2024
