21. This is a public hearing to consider a resolution establishing an Inclusionary Housing In-Lieu Fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per square foot of the total habitable/leasable space in an entire applicable residential project, pursuant to the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (Ordinance No. 6593) adopted by the City Council on October 29, 2024, any fees collected will be deposited in the\nAnaheim Local Housing Trust Fund to be used to address the production of local affordable\nhousing and for the costs associated with administering and monitoring affordable housing\nprograms.\nRESOLUTION NO.
