15. 24-779 Approve Final Tract Map No. 19174, accept bonds, and authorize\nexecution of a Subdivision Agreement for the Isles residential\nsubdivision by Landsea Homes of California, LLC at 7225 Edinger\nAvenue\nRecommended Action:\nA) Approve Final Tract Map No. 19174 and accept the offer of dedications pursuant to\nfindings and requirements (Attachment No. 1); and\nB) Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Subdivision\nAgreement by and between the City of Huntington Beach and Landsea Homes of\nCalifornia, LLC (Attachment No. 6); and\nC) Accept Faithful Performance Bond Nos. PB03010410318, PB03010410317, Labor\nand Material Bond Nos. PB03010410318, PB03010410317 and Monument Bond No.\nPB03010410316 as sureties (Attachment No. 7) for the installation of the subdivision’s\nrequired public improvements and survey monumentation; and\nD) Instruct the City Clerk to file the respective bonds with the City Treasurer and notify\nthe Surety, Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company, of this action.
