I.19 MORENO BEACH DRIVE LINE EXTENSION (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS)\nAuthorization of the Award of the Construction Contract to Global Diversified Voltage\nfor Moreno Beach Drive Line Extension from Cactus Avenue to John F. Kennedy\nDrive, Project Number 805 0064\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize the award of the construction contract to Global Diversified Voltage for\nthe Moreno Beach Drive Line Extension Project 805 0064.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Global Diversified Voltage\nfor the amount of $1,388,675, funded by MVU restricted funds balance (Fund 6011).\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to Global Diversified Voltage for the\namount of $1,388,675 when the contract has been signed by all parties: and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments to the\nAgreement with Global Diversified Voltage within the City Council approved annual\nbudgeted amounts, including the authority to authorize the associated purchase\norders in accordance with the terms of the agreement, subject to the approval of the\nCity Attorney; and\n5. Authorize a budget adjustment as set forth in the fiscal impact section.
