4) CONSIDERATION OF AUTHORIZATION TO REALLOCATE AND OBLIGATE\nCORONAVIRUS STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS (SLFRF) AUTHORIZED\nBY THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to reallocate the remaining SLFRF as necessary to obligate all\nfunding by December 31, 2024; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to award and approve any and all purchases and execute any\nand all agreements for products and services within the remaining SLFRF balance,\nfollowing the City's procurement requirements, by December 31, 2024.
