FOURTH AMENDMENT TO CITY MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT\nThe City Council is requested to discuss a Fourth Amendment to the City\nManager’s Employment Agreement.\nPresenter: City Attorney\nRecommendation:\n1. Discuss a Fourth Amendment (Attachment “A”) to the City Manager’s\nEmployment Agreement;\n2. Approve the Fourth Amendment as presented or with changes directed by City\nCouncil; and\n3. If City Council approves the cost-of-living adjustment in the Fourth\nAmendment, appropriate a total of $12,210 from the reserves of the General\nFund for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025.
