Authorize City Manager to execute a contract with Graybar Electric\nCompany, Inc. and TBS Business Solutions USA, Inc. for direct purchase\nof LED light conversion kits through CMAS (State of California Multiple\nAward Schedules Program) in amount of $50,707.86; and\n2. Authorize staff to spend funds up to $110,000 for installation of LED light\nkits.

Open the public hearing for PL 23-4386, 6119 Temple City Boulevard, and\nconsider approval for a site plan review, tentative tract map, a state density\nbonus with concessions and a waiver, an Affordable Housing Agreement,\nsubject to final review and approval by the City Attorney; and\n2. Find the project exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nand approve file PL 23-4386, subject to the recommended conditions of\napproval.
