B. FOURTH AMENDMENT TO CITY MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT The City Council is requested to discuss a Fourth Amendment to the City Manager’s Employment Agreement. Presenter: City Attorney Recommendation: 1. Discuss a Fourth Amendment (Attachment “A”) to the City Manager’s Employment Agreement; 2. Approve the Fourth Amendment as presented or with changes directed by City Council; and 3. If City Council approves the cost-of-living adjustment in the Fourth Amendment, appropriate a total of $12,210 from the reserves of the General Fund for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-2025.
