APPROVAL OF A MAJOR SITE PLAN REVIEW, TENTATIVE TRACT MAP, DENSITY BONUS WITH CONCESSIONS AND A WAIVER TO CONSTRUCT AN 18-UNIT CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT AT 6119 TEMPLE CITY BOULEVARD The City Council is requested to conduct a public hearing for a 18 unit condominium development at 6119 Temple City Boulevard. Presenter: Community Development Director Recommendation: 1. Open the public hearing for PL 23-4386, 6119 Temple City Boulevard, and consider approval for a site plan review, tentative tract map, a state density bonus with concessions and a waiver, an Affordable Housing Agreement, subject to final review and approval by the City Attorney; and 2. Find the project exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and approve file PL 23-4386, subject to the recommended conditions of approval.
