Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK\nAMENDING ARTICLE I, SECTION 14 AND ARTICLE V, SECTION 10 OF\nTHE FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 CITYWIDE FEE SCHEDULE TO UPDATE\nAND AMEND THE FEES RELATED TO PARKING FEES AND PARKING\nVIOLATIONS.\n3. Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK\nAPPROVING A COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF\nBURBANK AND THE PARKING AUTHORITY TO IMPLEMENT,\nOPERATE AND MAINTAIN A PAID PARKING PROGRAM IN THE\nPARKING METER ZONE IN DOWNTOWN BURBANK.\n4. Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY\nOF BURBANK APPROVING A COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN\nTHE CITY OF BURBANK AND THE PARKING AUTHORITY TO\nIMPLEMENT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A PAID PARKING PROGRAM\nIN THE PARKING METER ZONE IN DOWNTOWN BURBANK.\n5. Approve a Professional Services Agreement between the Parking\nAuthority of the City of Burbank and LAZ KARP Associates, LLC dba LAZ\nParking California, LLC for parking operation services, by dispensing with\nthe competitive proposal process and directly awarding the Agreement\nfinding it is in the best interests of the Authority, and Authorizing the\nExecutive Director to Execute the Agreement and any related\nAmendments on behalf of the Authority.\n6. Approve an Amendment to a Professional Services Agreement between\nthe City of Burbank and LAZ KARP Associates, LLC dba LAZ Parking\nCalifornia, LLC for parking enforcement representatives.\n7. Approve a Service Agreement between the Parking Authority of the City of\nBurbank and ParkMobile, LLC for mobile payment services, and\nAuthorizing the Executive Director to Execute the Agreement, and any\nrelated Amendments, on behalf of the Authority.\n8. Approve a Fiscal Year 2024-25 Budget Amendment to appropriate\nGeneral Fund to the Burbank Police Department’s budget and\ncontributions to the Parking Authority Fund.
