Amendments to Agreements with Kardent, Inc. for Architectural Design\nServices, Z&K Consultants for Construction Inspection Services, and\nProject Partners, Inc for Providing Temporary Engineering Services\nRecommendation -\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to Agreement No.\n7008 with Kardent, Inc. to increase the annual not-to-exceed amount by\n$50,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 per fiscal year for\nOn-Call Architectural Design Services, pursuant to El Segundo Municipal\nCode Chapter 1-7.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to Agreement No.\n6841 with Z&K Consultants to increase the annual not-to-exceed amount\nby $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 per fiscal year\nfor On-Call Construction Inspection Services pursuant to El Segundo\nMunicipal Code Chapter 1-7.\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to Agreement No.\n7034 with Project Partners, Inc to provide temporary engineering\nservices for the Public Works department for an additional amount of\n$50,000 and not to exceed $100,000 in FY 2024-25, pursuant to El\nSegundo Municipal Code Chapter 1-7.\n4. Authorize Appropriation of $200,000 from the 001-400-4101-4101\nengineering salary fund to 001-400-4101-6206 engineering contractual\nservices fund to budget for Kardent, Inc., Z&K Consultant, and Project\nPartners, Inc amendments in Fiscal Year 2024-25, pursuant to El\nSegundo Municipal Code Chapter 1-7.\n5.
