City Council/ Staff recommends that the City Council and the Harbor 24-407\nHDB: District Board of Directors approve Amendment 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with Richard Brady\nand Associates, in the amount of $315,900 for a revised\ncontract price of $365,900, to provide a Design and Bid\npackage for remote utility metering system implementation\nat the Oceanside Harbor; appropriate $315,900 from\nHarbor Unrestricted Fund Balance; and authorize the\nAdministrative Officer to execute the amendment upon\nreceipt of all supporting documents.
