13. Resolution to Accept California Department of Justice Tobacco Grant\nProgram Funds and Authorize Execution of Associated Memorandum of\nUnderstanding\nRecommendation -\n1. Adopt Resolution authorizing acceptance of a $19,608 grant from the\nCalifornia Department of Justice Tobacco Grant Program to support the\nEl Segundo Police Department in educating minors about the harms of\ntobacco products, enforcing state and local tobacco laws, and conducting\nretailer enforcement.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the associated\nmemorandum of understanding for the grant.\n5\n3.
