11. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED THREE-YEAR CONTRACT\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE PASADENA POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR JAIL\nBOOKING AND HOUSING SERVICES OF SOUTH PASADENA POLICE ARRESTEES\nFOR A TOTAL AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $83,000 FOR FISCAL YEARS 2024-2025,\n2025-2026, AND 2026-2027.\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed three-year Contract Services Agreement with the Pasadena\nPolice Department for jail booking and housing services of South Pasadena Police\narrestees for a total amount not to exceed $83,000 for Fiscal Years 2024-2025,\n2025-2026, and 2026-2027 in the form approved by the City Attorney and City\nManager.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the proposed Contract Services Agreement\nwith the Pasadena Police Department with an option for two additional three-year\nagreements not to exceed $83,000 per extension term.
