10. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS\nFOR A REAP 2.0 GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $57,000, APPROVING THE\nEXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE THE FUNDING FROM THE\nSOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS, AND APPROVE A\nFUND ALLOCATION AND APPROPRIATION\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the Council:\n1. Adopt the resolution accepting the terms and conditions of the REAP 2.0 grant in\nthe amount of $57,000 and approving the execution of an agreement to receive the\nfunding from the Southern California Association of Governments; and\n2. Allocate and approve an appropriation of $32,000 from General Fund Fund Balance\nAccount Number 101-0000-0000-3200-000 to the Community Development\nDepartment Professional Services Account Number 101-7010-7011-8170-000 and\nestablish a revenue fund for receipt of the grant.\n3
