22. CONSIDERATION OF AN AWARD OF CONTRACT TO GROUP 4 ARCHITECTURE,\nRESEARCH + PLANNING, INC. FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE\nLIBRARY/COMMUNITY CENTER COMPREHENSIVE SITE PLAN IN AN AMOUNT\nNOT TO EXCEED $150,000\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Awarding and approval of a contract to Group 4 Architecture, Research + Planning,\nInc. for the development of the Library/Community Center Comprehensive Site Plan\nin an amount not to exceed $150,000, including the proposed bid amount of\n$148,600 and a contingency of $1,400, in the final contract form as approved by the\nCity Attorney; and\n2. Appropriating $150,000 to the Library/Community Center Comprehensive Site Plan\nProject from the General Fund 101, replacing the previously appropriated State and\nLocal Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLRF) budget of $150,000, which will be used in\nanother yet to-be-determined capacity.
