21. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF TASK ORDERS WITH WILLDAN FOR A\nCOMPREHENSIVE USER FEE STUDY, COST ALLOCATION PLAN, AND\nDEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE STUDY\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n6\n1. Consider approval of a Task Order in the amount of $45,000 in the final form\napproved by the City Attorney, under an existing Master On-Call Professional\nServices Agreement with Willdan to conduct a Comprehensive User Fee Study and\ndevelop a Cost Allocation Plan to support the City's master fee schedule and\nfunding of internal services; and\n2. Consider approval of a Task Order in the amount of $50,000 in the final form\napproved by the City Attorney, under an existing Master On-Call Professional\nServices Agreement with Willdan to conduct a Development Impact Fee Study to\nsupport funding for City infrastructure capacity improvements.
