A Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 24-60 – A\nResolution authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to establish and\nmodify parking restrictions at various city-owned or controlled parking lots\nthroughout the City, in accordance with Bellflower Municipal Code (BMC)\nChapter 10.12, and superseding Resolution No. 21-63.__\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-60; 2) Approve a\nbudget amendment in the amount of $23,000 to increase Part-time Community\nServices Officer wages (Account No. 010-40300-2000) and other related payroll\ntax accounts; and 3) Approve a budget amendment in the amount of $80,000 for\nAccount No. 010-47500-2000 to purchase a license plate reading system for timed\nparking enforcement; or 4) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to\nthis item.
