B Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 24-61 – A\nResolution approving a Joint Powers Agreement File No. 1072 with the cities\nof Lakewood and Paramount creating the Station Cities Public Safety\nAuthority and authorizing the Mayor to execute that agreement.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 24-61 creating the\nStation Cities Public Safety Authority and authorizing the Mayor to execute the\nagreement; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to provide $10,000.00 as an initial\ncontribution to the JPA; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to\nthis item.
