FINANCE COMMITTEE: ANNUAL ADJUSTMENTS TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 SCHEDULE OF\nTAXES, FEES, AND CHARGES RELATED TO NEW YEAR’S DAY AND THE ROSE BOWL (Finance\nDept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is statutorily exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15273 (Rates, Tolls, Fares, and\nCharges); and\n(2) Approve the schedule rate increases effective February 1, 2025, for the Grandstand Permit\nApplication, the Rose Bowl Admission Tax, and the New Year’s Day Related Business Grandstand Seat\nSurcharge\nas set forth in the agenda report.
