10.2. Historic Property Preservation Agreements (Mills Act Contracts) for 17 qualified\nhistoric properties.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve 17 Mills Act Contracts between the City of Orange and the identified\nproperty owners for the preservation and rehabilitation of qualified historic\nproperties; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contracts on\nbehalf of the City.\n2. Provide staff with direction on accepting applications in calendar year 2025 for the\nMills Act Program.
