5. Use of State of CA Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) 2024-2025 Selective Traffic\nEnforcement Program (STEP) Grant Funds\nThe City Council will consider: (PD)\na. Authorizing utilization of the 2024-2025 Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (“STEP”) Grant\nFunds in the amount of $170,000 for overtime, equipment, and training expenses;\nb. Amending the Fiscal Year 2024/25 Law Enforcement Grants Fund Budget by appropriating\n$123,402 for overtime salaries, $43,341 for equipment, and $3,257 for training expenses; and\nc.
