4. Agreement with W.A. Rasic Construction Company, Inc., for On-Call Municipal Water\nand Sewer Systems Maintenance Services\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Agreement with W.A. Rasic Construction Company, Inc., for On-Call Municipal\nWater and Sewer Systems maintenance services for a three-year term with two optional one-year\nextensions, in an annual amount not-to-exceed $350,000 for a total of $1,050,000;\nb. Appropriating $200,000 in Water Funds from the unrestricted balance of the Water Fund and\n$150,000 in Sewer Funds from the unrestricted balance of the Sewer Fund to fully fund the\nAgreement; and\nc.
