1.j Approval of New Lease Agreement Between the City of Placentia and the Placentia\nFounders Society for Use of the Bradford House\nFiscal Impact:\nExpense: $8,500 Per Year\nBudgeted: $8,500 FY 2024-25 Risk Management Fund (404582-6201)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Lease Agreement between the City and the Placentia Founders Society\nfor the use, maintenance, and upkeep of the Bradford House for a term ending\nDecember 31, 2029; and\n2. Authorize the Acting City Administrator and/or her designee to make non-substantive\namendments as necessary and execute the lease on behalf of the City, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.
