Approve Resolution Approving Purchase and Sale Agreement for Vacant Parcel Owned by Hoff\nInvestments and PMD Investments (APN 910-262-003)\nRecommendation: That the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Adopt a resolution entitled:\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nTEMECULA APPROVING THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT\nENTITLED PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT AND JOINT\nESCROW INSTRUCTIONS BETWEEN THE CITY OF TEMECULA,\nAS BUYER, AND HOFF INVESTMENTS, L.P. AND PMD\nINVESTMENTS, L.P., AS SELLERS (APN 910-262-003)\n2.
