Waive full reading and adopted by title an Ordinance of the City of Huntington\nPark Amending Title 2, Chapter 3, Article 4, Section 2-3.405(c) as described\nbelow to remove the language resting authority with the City Council to appoint,\ntransfer, promote, demote, reinstate, layoff and suspend, or dismiss the City’s\nDirectors/Department Heads.
