5) CONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT THE NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE ARTS AND THE\nCALIFORNIA ARTS COUNCIL GRANT FUNDS FOR THE MARIACHI MASTER APPRENTICE\nPROGRAM AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Accept the National Endowment for the Arts and the California Arts Council Grant Funds in\nthe amount of $66,203 for the Mariachi Master Apprentice Program;\nb. Adopt Resolution No. 8346 amending the budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 to appropriate\nthe grant revenues and expenses; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all grant-related documents required\nfor receiving such grant funds pursuant to the terms and conditions of the grants.\nSpecial and Regular Meeting Notice and Agenda – December 2, 2024
