4) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE CALENDAR YEAR 2025 BUSINESS PERMITS FOR CERTAIN\nBUSINESS ACTIVITIES AS REQUIRED BY THE CITY CODE\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve 25 Business Permits for Calendar Year 2025 for businesses engaged in certain\nbusiness activities, as required by Article III of Chapter 22 of the City Code; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager administrative authority to approve the remaining 20\napplicants for Business Permits, pending completion of outstanding planning requirements.
