8) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 SALARY\nPLAN TO IMPLEMENT CHANGES IN THE MINIMUM WAGE FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES AND\nCOST OF LIVING ADJUSTMENTS RELATED TO THE SAN FERNANDO MANAGEMENT GROUP\nASSOCIATION MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 8354 amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Salary Plan to implement\nchanges in the minimum wage for part-time employees and cost of living adjustments\nrelated to the San Fernando Management Group Association Memorandum of\nUnderstanding; and\nb.
