1.i Resolution to Amend the Pay Schedule for Part-Time Employees in Compliance with the\nState Minimum Wage Increase\nFiscal Impact:\nFY24-25 $5,000 ($10,000 annually) (104071-5005)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. R-2024-58 amending the pay schedule for part-time employees\nto reflect state minimum wage requirements; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. R-2024-79, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nPlacentia, California authorizing a budget amendment in Fiscal Year 2024-25 in\ncompliance with City Charter of the City of Placentia §§1206 and 1209 pertaining to\nappropriations for actual expenditures.
