1.f Approval of Agreement for False Alarm Management Services\nFiscal Impact:\nRevenue: $130,000 per Fiscal Year\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Alarm Program Systems, LLC for a\nterm of five (5) years for false alarm management services; and\n2. Authorize the Acting City Administrator and/or her designee to execute the necessary\ndocuments, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
