Award Contract with Stephen Doreck Equipment Rentals, Inc., in the amount of $618,445.00 for\nthe Waterline Improvements at the Intersection of Birch Street and Kraemer Boulevard Project, CIP\nNo. 7329\n— 1. Approve the Project Plans and Specifications;\n— 2. Receive bids;\n— 3. Award Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Stephen Doreck\nEquipment Rentals, Inc. in the amount of $618,445.00; and\n— 4. Authorize the City Engineer to issue Change Orders up to a "not to exceed" amount of\n10% of the Contract Price. There are sufficient funds to complete the Project's construction in\napproved FY 2024-2025 CIP budget.
