10. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO TRANSPORTATION\nREIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH SAN MARINO UNIFIED\nSCHOOL DISTRICT\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council authorize the Acting City\nManager to execute an amendment to the original transportation reimbursement\nagreement with the District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024 for\ntransportation reimbursements under the terms described in the attached\nagreements. If the City Council concurs with staff’s recommendation, an appropriate\nmotion would be: “I move to authorize the Acting City Manager to execute an\namendment to the original transportation reimbursement agreement with the San\nMarino Unified School District for transportation reimbursements for the year ended\nJune 30, 2024.”
